Qualified Primary 6-12 Montessori Teacher
Full-Time or Part-Time
An opportunity to work with primary aged students has become available.
We are seeking an experienced vibrant and innovative person to work with primary aged students in one of our classrooms. An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated for the right individual.
Requirements:
– Must have Montessori (6-12 years) teacher certification such as AMI Diploma or an equivalent and,
– Appropriate qualifications that meet the standards of the NSW Institute of Teachers Act (2004)
– Previous similar experience would be an advantage
Sutherland Shire Montessori School located in the southern suburbs of Sydney, is a well-established independent co-educational school for 0-18 year olds offering Infant & Parent group (0-3), Pre-Primary Stage 1 (3-6), Lower Primary Stage 2 (6-9), Upper Primary Stage 3 (9-12), Lower Secondary Stage 4 (12-15) and from 2010 Upper Secondary Stage 5 (15-18). The school continues to experience growth with further facilities and programs for 2010 planned. The school is increasing in numbers due to exceptional growth in demand and awareness of the Montessori program which we offer, as well as the incredibly friendly staff and beautifully maintained school environment.
